Sales Product Expert

What You’ll Do

This sales position has the primary responsibility of following up on prospects generated by Beyond sales personnel to bring those prospects through the internal sales process to close.

  • Capture all leads from the Beyond sales team in our CRM systems and utilize those systems for recording progress and individual calls/contacts to ensure the  Beyond sales force has up-to-date and detailed information
  • Enroll clients and prospects into a follow-up program and execute those follow-up programs
  • Build relationships and partner with the Beyond sales team to help develop the sales channel and encourage them to talk about our products
  • Work through the product learning curve for each of our products be able to give highly effective  demonstrations of the product
  • Have a 25% closing ratio of all leads that come from the Beyond sales force 
  • Make and keep appointments for demonstrations and follow-up
  • Make “Cold” and “Warm” calls from the prospect database already in place and from other related industry sources
  • Conduct daily sales calls, upwards of 35- 50 attempts per day
  • Attend selected industry trade shows for gathering new prospects and staying in front of existing prospects
  • Ensure closing documents for each new customer are complete including the setup of ACH payments for the monthly software license agreements

 

Who You Are

  • 2+ years sales experience with appropriate sales skills and personality
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • SalesForce CRM experience a plus
  • A passionate, positive, upbeat attitude
  • Experience managing and completing projects
  • Experience conducting web-based demonstrations
